Meditation Makes You Better at Everything – Including Work (Observer)

Meditation is to mindfulness as exercise is to fitness. Practicing mindfulness helps us be more calm and, focused, and lets us cope with stress and difficult emotions. Neuroplasticity is a process that allows you to change the brains patterns of thinking. When practicing mindful meditation you will be able to rewire your brain to think in a much clearer and calmer approach.
